"Wrapped In Red, Dipped In Gold"
| Styled Shoot |
I know, I know.... Christmas is far far away... but today, I'm using the "Christmas in July" excuse and reminiscing about this dreamy winter shoot and all the glitz and vintage glamour that went with it! Not to mention, my cousin, Taylor, was the peeeeerfect model for the job! For this styled shoot, I had the opportunity to work with the talented Christina Paz, a dear friend from high school. I was honored when she asked me to be the stylist and planner for this project. I always love when she and I put our heads together to create one of a kind projects- and not to toot my own horn, but.... I think we knocked this one out of the park!

Once we found our location and model, things fell into place. My friend, Mallory DeNuzzia, with the Wildflower MJ, created stunning florals that gave this shoot its elegance, and Dinglewood Design and Press made a beautiful invitation suite that fit our theme perfectly! I was also able to incorporate fun, eclectic pieces like my great aunt’s vintage fur coat and small, turquoise love seat that added texture and even more vibrant color.
On to the dress! LET ME TELL YOU- this gown was pretty much a DREAM! Thanks to the awesome gal pals over at Uptown Gowns, Taylor was able to play dress up in this gorgeous Martin Thornburg gown. The details and bead work were definitely the glitz and glam that we needed, and Taylor looked stunning!!!
