- Arrive at the wedding location 1 hour prior to ceremony processional and depart at reception events completion
- Coordinate and assist with the setup of the ceremony and reception timeline
- Direct ceremony processional
- Distribute printed schedules to all vendors
- Serve as the point of contact for all vendors during the event
Full Event Design + Planning
Pre-Wedding Planning
- 8 hours total of meetings and consultations as needed
- Unlimited email correspondence
- Pre-wedding timeline put into place
- Development and implementation of wedding budget
- Vendor recommendations and management
- Assistance with picking and designing save the dates, invitations and all other handmade goods
- Assisting with seating charts (if needed)
- Assistance with designing and organizing wedding favors and accessories
- Being main contact for all vendors for entire planning process
- Recommendations and knowledge regarding obtaining marriage license and officiant
- Construction of detailed wedding day timeline for all members of bridal party
- Confirming details and timelines with all chosen vendors
- Scheduling and orchestrating ceremony rehearsal (Start to finish)
Day of Wedding
- Wedding Coordinator and stylist up to 10 hours total on-site
- Scheduling, implementing and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
- Setup of all wedding accessories and decor
- Inspection and confirmation of venue layout and set-up
- Distribution of printed schedules to appropriate parties (a hard copy of the schedule puts the mother at ease!)
- Serve as the director of the ceremony processional
- Serve as the main contact for all vendors
- Supervise all activities until reception completion
Styling
- Full concept and design put into place
- Construct color scheme and unique styling ideas
- Assist with venue layout for day-of activities
- Assist in choosing all vendors
- Communication and coordination with any used rental or decor companies
- All other vendor recommendations as needed
